"There was a lot of me trying to engineer stuff, and trying to understand... when am I gonna see the signs, when am I gonna know, why is it coming for everybody but it's not coming for me, what's happening, I'm not doing it hard enough, I need to do more."

"Working with Alex for nearly a year now, and being in this group, I've just let go of so much of that, and now I'm seeing the signs everywhere. Even my energy has shifted completely.
In the last couple of days I commented on two very big posts on the internet... one about nutrition and a doctor being vilified, one about someone who had done plagiarism and was in the news a lot around racism. With both these posts, I got quite a lot of backlash. People coming back at me quite aggressively, saying what I was saying was nonsense. Mostly from men.
In the past, I would have got really upset. I would have done a lot of research, tried to prove I was right and they were wrong. It would have drained my energy.
This time, I didn't get upset. I let go. I said what I had to say, I felt good about what I said, I brought balance to an argument where there wasn't a lot of balance. Whatever they were throwing at me - it just didn't impact me. It was so interesting. That was a huge shift for me."

"I'm so clear on what I'm doing. I've had a few networking calls and people are saying to me, 'Oh my god, you are glowing. I've never seen you being so animated about your work, so passionate.' That journey of becoming has happened for me.
